Our organizational development practice is focused on helping clients optimize their organizational culture, and empowering their people to execute the business strategy in a more productive manner. In many cases, a mindset shift may be required to enhance agility in the organization, so that instead of leaders controlling and directing work by constantly steering the tasks of the employees, employees are empowered as a result of being part of a strong community that supports and grows the culture. Workforce Surveys, Meas. & Analysis

Workforce Survey, Measurement, and Analysis

For large clients we have utilized survey platforms to conduct workforce measurement to obtain feedback, benchmarks, and data from employees throughout the enterprise to measure the correlation between employee engagement and company success. This included analysis of survey results, and facilitation of action planning sessions with employee groups, in order to prioritize remediation strategies to improve performance and engagement in weak areas identified by the survey.

Key elements include:

Analysis of human capital survey results to identify interconnected levels including: drivers, engagement outcomes and business outcomes.
Action Planning Workshops with employee groups to present and discuss group strengths and weaknesses based on engagement rankings, so that meaningful actions can be identified to create positive changes comparable to benchmarks based on industry standards.
Consultations and coaching sessions with key managers and employees to advise on ways to improve employee performance and well-being that directly correlate to positive and tangible business outcomes

For corporate clients, SAP’s Success Factors is an example of a cloud-based solution for HR that can manage the entire HR process and provide needed services to stakeholders, including core HR modules, talent management modules, employee engagement tools, workforce-related metrics, and key performance indicators. APT can assist corporate clients in selecting appropriate LMS solutions, as well as assist in integrating LMS into their businesses.
